QUANTITY SURVEYOR
A reputed construction company in Qatar is currently looking for suitable candidate to fill the above vacancy.
Requirements:
• Engineering Degree (Civil) or Construction Degree with a minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in the preparation of estimates and Bills of Quantities for or Contract Administration of major civil, commercial, residential and industrial projects.
• Knowledge of different methods of measurement and cost analysis.
• Excellent computer skills, able to work with standard software programs i.e. Excel, Word, MS Project, Estimating specific software etc.,
• Thorough knowledge of contracts, able to identify and rectify contract deviations or deficiencies.
• Familiar with standard construction contract language, procedures, claims and variations, correspondence.
• Excellent written communications skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse multi-cultural workforce.
• Must be flexible enough to fit into a site based or Head Office based team.
